Source:R/learner_RWeka_classif_multilayer_perceptron.R
mlr_learners_classif.multilayer_perceptron.RdClassifier that uses backpropagation to learn a multi-layer perceptron.
Calls RWeka::make_Weka_classifier() from RWeka.
